Jay is an amazing teacher and coach. He immediately identified the sounds that needed adjustments. His methodology is easy to follow which helped me to quickly make improvements and gain confidence. As I continued to practice, I felt more comfortable with the changes I’ve made on the different sounds and tongue positions. At work, I am now able to facilitate meetings and deliver presentations with more confidence and clarity. Many words that used to be challenging for me are now some of my favorites to pronounce.
